MY STYLE

My classes incorporate humor, personal insights, along with spiritual food for thought, and are intentionally designed to improve and encourage all aspects of students' health and wellness. I believe that yoga has the ability to be a challenging and highly rewarding physical workout, while also providing the opportunity to connect inward. In addition to my learned and lived experiences, I draw inspiration from ancient wisdom, as well as modern science, history, pop culture, and other fitness modalities.

EXPERIENCE

I currently teach all age groups and all levels— from the youngest of students (infants & children of all ages) to adults, and from experienced yogis to those who are brand new. I feel very fortunate to be able to teach to such a wide range of people, and in so many different spaces. Every class is geared towards everybody and every body — all are welcome and encouraged to embrace their unique journey.

BACKSTORY

Prior to becoming a full time teacher, I spent years building a career in the fashion industry– this too, is where I first discovered yoga. Throughout the years, not only did yoga benefit me physically, but simultaneously impacted me on a mental and physiological level.What initially began as a weekly escape from work, evolved into a lifelong practice, a found sense of purpose and a new career. In my life yoga has become a constant amidst inevitable change, and within my personal practice I continue to find and build self motivation, resiliency, strength and inner peace.
