Moonrise Rooftop Yoga
Align with the rhythm of the moon through monthly new moon and full moon yoga 60 min. classes. Set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and reflection. Stay after class to socialize in the moonlight.

About the event
Practice in harmony with the lunar cycle. Each class is 60-minutes -- New moon classes focus on intention and new beginnings, while Full Moon classes invite reflection, gratitude, and letting go. All levels welcome.
